Pricing is something that is hard to set without seeing the parts in advance as it is impossible to know how much prep work needs to be done. As a rule, you will be surprised just how affordable powder coating can be. Common items can be powder coated for less than what a traditional painter would charge. Plus you get the benefit of a durable, baked on finish that will withstand scratching and pealing far better than traditional paint. The following sample prices assume minimal (normal) prep work on average parts. Some prices will naturally vary for example a small 4 cylinder Mini or Sprite valve cover will certainly cost less than a large Chrysler Straight 8 cover. Also polished letters such as VTEC covers take more time to polish the letters. So call us and discuss your powder coating needs and be prepared to be surprised at how reasonable powder can be.
- Valve covers : $30-45 plain, finned or polished letter $90-120.
- Springs : Coil $40-50, Leaf $15-20/per leaf.
- Brackets : Small $5-8, Medium $9-15, Large $16-25
- Oil Pan : $40-60
Blasting/Rust removal and parts repair are done on a hourly basis.
